Total Investment - 8500.

11:30am Dana + second shooter arrive at Legare Waring to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
1:30pm Second shooter meets the guys downstairs to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
1:45pm Bride gets into her gown
2:15pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits downtown
3pm Wedding party photos
3:30pm Family formals
4pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony + reception details at this time
5pm Ceremony (sunset 5:23pm)
5:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph extended family photos + reception details at this time 
6:30pm Reception begins
10:30pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have.  Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me or Melanie know.  I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment.  Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
